CUSTOM MILLWORK PROCESS

Doors, Windows, Railings

Phase 1 Design

Custom millwork (doors, windows, railings) is a collaborative process between the client and Boden Mills. Frequently, there are multiple site visits and consultations needed, particularly when the door, window or railing is part of a restoration or renovation project. Together, the client and Boden Mills will agree upon a design approach including materials and finishing, and then Boden Mills will produce a design and price estimate for client approval.

Phase 2 Fabrication

With a client-approved design and deposit paid, Boden Mills will fabricate the millwork on the agreed-upon schedule.
