CUSTOM MOULDING
Need custom moulding to match a renovation, or of a new profile design? Boden Mills can provide design and fabrication services to produce custom moulding to match a sample or to client specification.
Moulding strips can be run in custom lengths, with a common length being 16’.
Pricing for custom moulding includes the cost for developing a custom knife, a setup charge, and a per-linear foot cost of the specified wood material (poplar is standard, but we can also use walnut, mahogany, or speciality woods). Subsequent runs of the same moulding do not require another custom knife charge.
CUSTOM FURNITURE
Clients come to Boden Mills with a concept of an artisan-quality piece of wood furniture, often using a treasured tree from their property. Honoring the tree and continuing its story into a new chapter is often intensely important to the client.
Boden Mills works closely with the client to understand the furniture vision and then design, fabricate and deliver custom furniture that will be treasured for generations.
Pricing for custom furniture is based on an estimate developed in partnership with the client.
CNC FABRICATION
Boden Mills provides CNC (Computer Numerical Control) design and fabrication services, particularly for low-volume, fast-turnaround production.
Pricing for CNC fabrication is provided via an estimate for the design services, CNC machine time and operator labor.
CUSTOM MILLWORK
Custom millwork such as interior or exterior doors, windows and railings is a focus for Boden Mills. Using modern and vintage techniques and tools, Boden Mills can bring to life unique millwork for a home or business.
Pricing for custom millwork is based on an estimate developed in partnership with the client.
