OUR PROCESS

CUSTOM MOULDING PROCESS

Custom Moulding is produced using detailed drawings or samples, grinding a custom knife, and running wood strips through the moulder or shaper to create a trim shape for baseboards, crown molding, window sills, door casings and wainscoting.

CNC FABRICATION PROCESS

CNC Fabrication can start from a rudimentary drawing or description and will be developed into a CAD file. Wood pieces can then be economically fabricated quickly, with high precision and in volume.

CUSTOM FURNITURE PROCESS

Custom Furniture is produced in partnership with the client, often using a treasured tree or specialty wood. The design is developed with the client using CAD software and often 3D printed models, and then fabricated using vintage and modern artisan-level techniques.

CUSTOM MILLWORK PROCESS

Custom millwork includes wood products such as doors, windows, railings and other unique wood pieces for a home or business. Custom millwork starts with a drawing, description or specification and often is fabricated using high-end specialty woods or veneers.
